Problem solving with the help of available instructions or by developing new methods or techniques.Monitoring the effectiveness and performance of field inventory initiatives (including reporting of KPIs).Acting as a role model with regards to communication, customer orientation, accountability, flexibility, accuracy and work ethics.Liaise with sales and marketing leadership to ensure cross-functional buy-in and alignment on execution of consignment inventory target setting, rerouting of product and successful execution of phase-in/phase-out projects.Support functional owners in their efforts to drive change by conducting analysis activities, facilitate change management, preparing documentation (QA procedures, flows, etc.) and training.Demonstrate field inventory management skills through comprehensive project charters and plans, coordinating human and physical resources, while focusing on ease of follow up and completion.Drive prioritization and implementation through Lean and CI tools.This includes transactional processes, organization, documentation and reporting, training and supporting application tools. Set up processes and develop tools to manage field inventory, in conjunction with the planning group. The successful candidate will facilitate and drive the process of identifying improvement opportunities integrating Field Inventory Management with other functional areas and processes within EMEA. The role will involve leading and facilitating Field Inventory Management initiatives for designated countries, driving measurable cost-efficiency and service level improvements, reporting capabilities and quality compliance.
